Participants will complete the Strengths assessment and through self-reflection and interaction with others will develop a basic understanding of their strengths. The workshop will largely feature interactive activities allowing participants to apply their learning in a variety of contexts.

This workshop is introductory and geared toward individuals who have not previously been engaged in strengths work.    


  • Develop an understanding of the strengths philosophy.
  • Understand the impact of strengths on teams/workplace dynamics.
  • Participants will develop new insights into their own unique talents and strengths.
