Overview

The world and the workplace has experienced dramatic change in recent years and the pace of change shows no signs of slowing down!  Improvements in technology continue to drive the speed at which we communicate, make decisions, and ultimately focus our attention.  As a result, we often feel unprepared for change as the world around us continues to evolve and impact our lives.  This workshop introduces a model for proactively dealing with change to help increase your resilience in the face of an ever-changing world.
