Overview

When you are leading a project team, you have to deliver.  There are milestones, deadlines, and delivery expectations.  Successful project management requires the ability to envision a desired outcome, set objectives, coordinate with others, and successfully implement a plan. This workshop introduces participants to the skills necessary to effectively lead and manage projects “by design” to deliver consistently successful results.    

Objectives

When you've completed this module, you will be able to:

  • Develop clear objectives before starting a project.
  • Prepare and implement a project plan.
  • Monitor and deal with changes in the project plan.
  • Improve your effectiveness as a project manager.
