Although hearing is automatic, listening is a skill, without which we cannot succeed in business. This workshop focuses on both the basics and complexities of listening.


  • Explore the dimensions of intercultural competence.
  • Learn skills that may help them succeed in an intercultural environment.
  • Participants consider the links between cultural communication tools, contextual understanding, interpretation, and the dimensions of culture.
