This workshop focuses on development of leadership and management best practices that will enable participants to improve performance of employees and teams.
- Build self-awareness through participation in a 360 Degree Feedback of Management assessment competencies and a StrengthsFinder Profile assessment.
- Identify best practices for effectively managing your employees' expectations for excellent performance.
- Build understanding and ability to influence employee motivation.
- Increase understanding goal setting and skills of how to give feedback and coach effectively.
