The Customer Service Excellence certificate is a five-course program (two core plus three elective courses) designed to help participants develop and refine the core customer service skills necessary for working effectively with both internal and external customers.
Participants may select from any three Professional Development workshops that are not core requirements for any other certificate track. The total length of selected elective workshops/seminars completed must total three days to meet the certificate requirements (two half-day workshops may be substituted for one full-day workshop).
