Diversity Development workshops are designed enhance university-wide diversity and inclusion efforts that contribute to the core mission of Virginia Tech. Each workshop is facilitated by subject matter experts using curriculum that is based on a combination of extensive research and practical experience.
Workshops are held on campus during normal work hours. Participants must obtain approval from their supervisors to attend classes during their regular work schedule. Workshops are available to all employees via open registration on a first-come/first-registered basis. Employees placed on a waiting list will be informed of their status should a seat become available.
