This workshop will introduce participants to a highly flexible leadership tool designed to help leaders identify specific task and/or relationship needs in order to effectively achieve organizational goals. Designed for leaders at every level, this workshop helps leaders meet their team members where they stand by providing a common leadership language, exploring the benefits of adapting one’s leadership style to the situation, and learning how to offer direction and support when and where team members required it by increasing the frequency and quality of conversations between a manager and their team.
- Review and discuss four leadership styles and understand the behavior associated with each.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the process for diagnosing the competence and commitment of each team member.
- Practice the ‘Partnering for Performance’ model for encouraging and promoting the success of each of their team members.
