Overview

There is one thing in life you can count on, and that is change. Individuals, departments, organizations, the world - we are continually experiencing changes and transitions at multiple levels. While we may not have any control over external change, we have complete control over how we react and respond to change. Participants will develop skills for managing their staff through change.

Objectives

  • Understand differences between change and transition.
  • Recognize stages of transition.
  • Understand their personal responses to change.
  • Learn methods for successfully managing personal transitions
