This hands on, high energy workshop offers skills, tools, and practical applications for working effectively with internal and external customers.

Objectives

  • Recognize individual listening tendencies and improve understanding of what people really want.
  • Use words to express empathy and sincerity.
  • Hold an effective dialogue that discusses customer needs.
  • Use successful problem-solving strategies to determine the real issues and find creative solutions.
